250 Graduate Engineers from 23 States of India Join Hind Zinc
Hindustan Zinc, recognized as Zinc of India, is looking to expand its mining and smelting capacities. The company is on course to produce 1.2 million tonnes of metal on immediate basis and subsequently 1.35 million tonnes in 3-4 years’ time and eventually 1.5 million tonnes in about 5 years.

4 units of Hindustan Zinc, Rampura Agucha Mine, Rajpura Dariba Mine, Zawar Mines and Zinc Smelter Debari, were honored with 24th Bhamashah Award on 28th June, 2018, at Birla Auditorium Jaipur, for its contribution in the field of Education during FY 2017-18.

Hindustan Zinc received ‘Dun & Bradstreet Corporate Award 2018’ in ‘Non Ferrous & Precious Metals’ category.
The award ceremony was held in Mumbai on 25th May 2018, where the jury identified and commemorated the Top 500 Companies in India, thus recognizing their role as ‘Champions of Change’ in the transformation of the country.
