Udaipur. the “CII ITC Sustainability Award 2014- Outstanding accomplishment” under the Corporate Excellence, in a glittering function organized in New Delhi. The award was given by Shri Prakash Javadekar, Hon’ble Union Minister for Environment & Forest. Also present on the dais were Ms. Meenakshi Lekhi – Hon’ble Member of Parliament, Mr. YC Deveshwar, Chairman, ITC and Mr. Chandrajit Banerjeee, Director General, CII.
On behalf of Hindustan Zinc, the “CII ITC Sustainability Award 2014- Outstanding accomplishment” was received by Mr. Mahesh Todkar – Unit Head (Unit-1), Mr. MK Yadav – Head Environment and Mr. Hitendra Bhuptawat – Manager IMS & Sustainability, all from Chanderiya Zinc-Lead Smelter.
